Thank you for shopping with I AM JJ JELANI, proudly owned and operated by DIGILANI LLC. Our products are printed, packed, and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. The following outlines our shipping practices and expectations.

Fulfillment Time

Once your order is placed, Printful begins production. Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, with over 97% shipping within 5 business days and many within 3. Fulfillment times may vary based on product type and demand.

Shipping Time & Methods

• Domestic (U.S.) delivery: typically 1–8 business days after fulfillment.
• International delivery: typically 1–20 business days, depending on customs and regional carriers.
• Estimated Delivery = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on product weight, size, destination, and Printful’s real-time rates. Costs are not included in product prices.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or other delivery issue, Printful will hold the item for 30 days. After that period, unclaimed items may be disposed of. Reshipping requires a new shipping payment and confirmed address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be issued at no cost.

Delays & Exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, high order volumes, or external events. Please allow an additional 5 business days beyond estimated delivery before reporting a missing order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if fulfilled from different Printful facilities. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
